Stainless Steel 317LMN Round Pipe is composed of Chromium, Molybdenum, Nickel, and Manganese in amounts of 18-20%, 3-4%, 11-15%, and 2-3%, respectively. It contains trace elements such as Carbon, Nitrogen, Silicon, and Phosphorus at 0.08 to 0.25%, 0.06 to 0.1%, 1% max., and up to 0.04%, respectively too. This type of stainless steel does not contain any lead or cadmium, making it corrosion-resistant for use with food contact applications or for highly corrosive environments like oil & gas industry applications due to its high molybdenum content in the alloy composition.
