Nimonic 263 Coil is an alloy composed of Nickel (80%), Chromium (19%) and other small amounts of Aluminum, Carbon and Titanium. It has high strength at elevated temperatures and excellent oxidation resistance up to 1800°F (980°C). Its superior creep-rupture strength makes it suitable for many aerospace applications, including fasteners, valves, blades, turbine disks, combustion liners and shrouds. This alloy is also used in chemical processing due to its resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing environments.
Nimonic 263 Coil is a sheet alloy of nickel-chromium-cobalt materials, widely used in industries with high temperatures and pressures. Its primary properties include excellent temperature resistance(up to 800°C), strong formability, high electrical resistivity, and good corrosion resistance(in most acid/alkali environments). It is excellent for aerospace applications due to its lightweight, mechanical strength and non-magnetic properties. Additionally, it can be tailored with other alloys or composite materials for different purposes.
