Inconel 800HT Coil is an alloy of Nickel, Chromium and Iron based on the NiCrFe-Ti microstructure. It includes a combination of austenitic and martensitic phases that provide superior corrosion resistance in areas exposed to aggressive media and environments with high temperatures. This combination also makes it resistant to crevice corrosion attack, stress cracking, intergranular corrosion and pitting. Additionally, its composition gives it excellent strength for applications requiring high thermal stability under diverse service conditions, such as heat tracing tubing systems or chemical processing equipment.
Inconel 800HT Coil is a high-temperature, heat-resistant nickel alloy made from solid solution-strengthened alloys and designed for industrial use. It has excellent creep resistance up to 1500°F (816°C), low oxidation rates at high temperatures, good formability and weldability and superior corrosion resistance in many environments. Further properties of this coil include excellent strength in both the annealed and aged conditions, good thermal stability, a wide range of mechanical properties over a wide temperature range and the ability to maintain flexibility after long-term service.
