Hastelloy C22 Foil

Hastelloy C22 is an alloy of copper, chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, and iron. It is highly corrosion-resistant, making it an ideal choice for harsh industrial environments. Its oxidation resistance allows for moderate temperature service up to 2200°F (982°C). This makes it useful in heat exchanger tubing, food processing equipment like ovens and packing machinery. Its flexibility makes it a good choice for high-pressure valve bodies with repeated thermal cycling capability.

This combination results in a highly corrosion-resistantcorrosion-resistant alloy with superior heat and oxidation resistance. It has outstanding formability for hot-forming processes such as vacuum forming and can be used in temperatures up to 2200°F (1204°C).
