Copper C14530 is a high-grade, oxygen-free copper alloy with excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. It contains 99.99% pure copper, 0.004–0.008% phosphorus, 0.0002–0.0004% oxygen, and trace amounts of arsenic and bismuth oxides, which improve its corrosion resistance properties even further compared to other copper alloys such as OFE/Oxygen Free Electronic Grade copper (C10100). It has excellent strength, formability, and good fatigue resistance, making it suitable for power connectors, thermocouples cables, aircraft parts, cryogenic pressure vessels, etc.
Copper C14530 Coil is a copper alloy typically used for highly specialized and demanding applications. It offers superior strength, hardness, corrosion resistance, conductivity, ductility and weldability compared to non-ferrous metals or alloys. Its main uses are electrical equipment components such as wires, springs and motor windings; high-strength ferrous casting; medical devices; electronic engineering; and fuel cell membranes. With its excellent mechanical properties, it is also used in cryogenic systems due to its greater stability over temperature range than other materials.
