Copper C11400 Square Bars are generally composed of 99.9% copper and varying amounts of other elements. The primary elements within the alloy usually include phosphorus (0.04-0.08%), lead (0.15-0.35%), manganese (1%), iron (1%) and nickel (1%). Alloys containing higher levels of phosphorus, sulfur, and arsenic may be considered nodular grade C11400, while alloys with a lower level of these elements are considered to be free machining grades.
